When it comes to your home gym, it’s important that you can easily see your equipment. When you can see your equipment, you are more likely to use your equipment.
Gone are the days of tossing everything into one bin and never seeing those resistance bands again.
Take advantage of vertical space (think walls, doors) with hooks and racks. If you must use floor space, only allow one or two items (ie dumbbell racks). This allows space for you – the star of the show.
